Most Christians aren't even all that well educated on the actual content of the Old and New Testaments, so probably not. Assuming their text is correct in its assumptions about the afterlife, they'd be pretty likely to be intensely confused after death.

The bible even has it's own disclaimer in Jeremiah 8:8!
