have you ever tried astral projection? [Spirituality & Religion]

If so what's it like? What do you see? How'd you get there?

I have done it three times. I tried for a long time and it never worked. Then the three times I did it, I wasn't trying at all. The first time I went up to the ceiling of the room I was in. The second time, I went up above my house and the third time, I was over some mountains somewhere.

i have tried to actively astral ProJect and failed. Did twice by accident...creepy things in the room. Literally can't fall asleep while lying on my back as a result.

Several great books available on Amazon if you want to try. You must start meditating as it will help in a big way

I saw a whispy sort of disembodied skull hovering over me. So real the first time I woke up I beat the hell out of a chair in my room thinking it was still there. Second time I didn't wake up to attack it. The skull floated over me and left through the window. I have learned more and want to go back but just can't manage it.

Based on everything I have read this is a common entity at a relatively low vibration level on the astral plane and generally harmless.

On my last trip I got back just in time. They were about to wheel my body away, and one guy was staring lasciviously.
