De ja vu, real or not? [Spirituality & Religion]

Is this it real/common to have flashes of de ja vu, or is it just your mind playing tricks on itself?

I believe it's because your brain registers something in your memory a microsecond before you actually think you register it so you confuse it with something you've already experienced.

Or it's a glitch in the matrix.
