The importance of the sabbath [Spirituality & Religion]

Whenever I start feeling far from the almighty, I ask why that is, and usually the answer is clear, that's why it's so important to keep these Sabbath days because not only are they a commandment but because they serve a purpose, today is a day of rest today is the day dedicated to him, for worship, asking for his help, guidance and other similar relations. The whole week I was focused on solving a few problems here and there, but now that I get to rest I finally get the time to see. Yes the whole week was hard for me to really get the motivation to study, I read a few chapters but my mind was clogged with nonsense. I am so thankful for today that I get to see clearly and make more of an effort next week. I hope you all gain insight to your worries today. Praise God!
