I don't see what the confusion is about, if one would read their bible. It has every answer about life we need. Throughout the Bible, God is referred to as "He", "His", and "Him".

God chose to reveal Himself in masculine terms, primarily. God is never described with sexual characteristics in the Scriptures, but He does consistently describe Himself in the masculine gender. Never female.
