To Live is rare, most of us just simply.. exist

We only die once.

So live.. and live life every single day.

@Trainedheart: Yes. The statement 'we live and die' is a self-evident truth. When we add 'once' to this we're making an unproven assumption. Of course, I made another one in saying that we live and die an infinite number of times. It's my belief. I like the concept of making each day count. This is important regardless of the belief.
