Today I took a nice walk near the sunset... There is this very special place amongst the rocks

after you walk across the coastline for sometime, a small staircase and there is a little improvised chapel on the rocks of Archangel Michael, it is a tiny space, unfortunately I had no more battery on my phone to take a picture but I will do so if I go again another day, it is not really far from where I am currently, perhaps half an hour walk or so.. And people have tied outside various knifes and swords that have obvious marks of time and salt water...

Inside, it's like a small corridor filled with pictures of saints and candles. You can take a candle and light it, it smells beautifully, the smell of a cave plus candles and it was so warm. It is slightly elevated and you can see the sea from there, truly a wonderful view. I need to bring you some pictures!:)

I was kind of hungry and outside there was some pie, there is this traditional religious pie they make, wrapped in aluminium foil and visitors could just take a piece. Thank god the ISO didn't reach that place, and all visitors trust to take a piece of that unknown pie that who-knows-who-made and left there. Religious people do, I know as my mother used to do that too, they bring baked offerings, not random, there are some specific recipes.

Then I walked back home, it was a beautiful visit, I need to go again and have some more time to stay there.
