Arawak knowledge

So my whole life I thought Taino was just spanish. No one around me had coreect knowledge and I was rasied black-american. I recently learned that Im in fact Taino but Im not spanish as far as i know. Definitely native American/west inidan. My great grandmother came from St. Croix but she never really talked about the culture or history. (I was probably not old enough to understand) Im consider myself a deeply spiritual person, its just something that my family is. Learning about Taino history has been very insightful but i see theres isnt too much about the spiritual practices. I wanna know about all the deities, what things means, how to comnect with the ancestors. If anyone who has knowledge wouldnt mind sharing with me, id really love that!

My wife is from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, but she describes herself as Afro-Caribbean. I suppose it’s similar.
