@sree251 I'm always anxious, so when it gets to a peak, I will burst. the way that I am anxious all the time also upsets/disappoints me but I've gotten better at it now that I'm older. it is a latent, constant feeling

I am never completely at ease also; especially, when I am driving. Just the other day, I was hit from behind at the traffic lights which had just turned green. Was the driver of the car behind me impatient? Why didn't she horn me? As it turned out, she confessed that she dropped her cigarette that fell onto her lap.

Are you a bird that looks here and there and everywhere before taking a drink in my bird bath, or a deer nibbling flowers in my garden and looks up at me with apprehension as soon as I appear at the window?
