Gentleness is not for the weak

It highlights that true gentleness is a sign of profound strength, courage, and control,
rather than a lack of it.

It involves actively choosing compassion and patience
over anger and judgment,
especially in difficult situations,
demonstrating a soft but powerful way of interacting
with the world that can uplift and heal

Thanks for visiting.🤭

Never thought about making a post about it.🌷

I believe those truly gentle hold something inside themselves, often missed and misunderstood.
It takes a certain resolve, fortitude, to be gentle in this world crushing with anger.

I have found in my time such gentleness, some mock as weakness, but often they are the warriors wanting to see something different in this world regardless of beliefs in religion. I've been calm in the face of anger, calmness doesn't mean you don't have anger, but you have learned what is your own. Instead of picking up a pitchfork wanting to hurt someone, you are able and wanting to see the other person as a person.

Where the pitchfork in this would always be the spade depending how it was wielded. But how many now even though more educated than in history let their base emotions decide?

Loving ones enemy is a sign or long suffering forbearance, especially when your enemy is persecuting you..

Sadly missing in Gaza at the moment.

Or the police response to London protests against the genocide there.
