Fun fact. The things you guys buy that are labeled "Himalayan" are actually Pakistani.

Yes, 'Himalayan' and 'Pakistani' are not mutually exclusive. It is in Pakistan amongst other countries but the products aren't actually from the Himalayas.

Himalayan pink salt/rocks? That's from khewra salt mines, formed from ancient sea deposits crystalised millions of years ago. Which is in Punjab. All pink salt is mined here, not some, all.

Those Himalayan salt lamps? Not from the Himalayas.

The only reason behind this is racism lol. Nobody bought these products until they rebranded it from Pakistani to Himalayan. Then it suddenly had healing properties and vibrational energy, enough to power a whole community of yoga mum's on Facebook to rave about. All I need is me and my not-himalayan rocks. Stay blessed my little Earth Angels ✨🙏
