Deep thinking can be achieved when running

I disagree with the Zen masters here. They argue you that you cannot engage in profound thought when moving.

OK, it’s not the time for Zazen.

But you can meditate on The Lords Prayer.

Hallowed by thy name: contemplate on Gods goodness perhaps.

When reaching, “Give us our daily bread” reach out to the people of Gaza Strip, perhaps,
or bring before Him your friends in need.

Also, turning aside from prayer, some of my best ideas have come to me whilst running.

I won't go down either route.

Zen masters confuse balance (their balance is not balanced), while the other seeks extremes and polarity. Yeah your mantra is extreme. No balance at all, not even a excuse for balance.

Zen sees balance on a two dimensional plane, when there's more than four dimensions. Including the negative.

The other see things on a single line. With left and right being the only positions. The middle is a void by it. A nothing.

Neither is based in reality.
