Deep thinking can be achieved when running

I disagree with the Zen masters here. They argue you that you cannot engage in profound thought when moving.

OK, it’s not the time for Zazen.

But you can meditate on The Lords Prayer.

Hallowed by thy name: contemplate on Gods goodness perhaps.

When reaching, “Give us our daily bread” reach out to the people of Gaza Strip, perhaps,
or bring before Him your friends in need.

Also, turning aside from prayer, some of my best ideas have come to me whilst running.

@awildsheepschase Yes, I agree. Anything in the countryside is rewarding.
@peterlee It could be the countryside, or busy city streets on a bicycle, where you have to place yourself in the direct present. The way with a bicycle to find safety is being present while also connecting with all eyes you can to see how present they are in their cars. You notice how quickly your vulnerability.

@peterlee I like running/biking/walking in nature. Some tree bathing.
