If God is the giver of life, why do so many die before being resurrected, and why are so many not brought back?
@GodSpeed63 how kind of him to save us from the curse He gave us, but only under very strict conditions. That screams love indeed...

We brought this curse on ourselves, not God. Put the blame where it belongs.
@GodSpeed63 I was not even a separate egg and sperm cell when the curse was brought on us. I had absolutely nothing to do with that. So I do put the blame where it belongs.

My answer must come from God's word so this is my answer. God has his own timing about when our time up is up here. I certainly don't have all the answers but perhaps some of these people may have died prematurely for one reason or another, but it wasn't really their "time" and so they came back after being resuscitated. We'll know all these mysteries when we get to heaven. The main thing is to make sure that we get there and the Bible does not leave us to guess on how to get to heaven.

The Bible says many die before being resurrected, simply because it is their time to go and they could have also not taken care of their bodies and caused their own deaths. However, it is because we live in a fallen world that death takes us. The consequence of sin and living in a fallen world, is what causes us to die. It also tells us why we need Jesus, in order to get to heaven.

There was no such thing as Death before Adam and Eve sinned. Everything was good, no death, but man decided to make the choice to sin against God, separating himself from God by his sins, until they were repented of. I'm sure Adam and Eve after they sinned, repented. The fact that they tried to hide their selves from God, proves that they knew they had committed a sin of disobedience towards God. He warned them not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge, and told them what would happen if they did, but they disobeyed God anyway which brought the consequences. Sin always brings consequences and death. That is, separation of both body and spirit, from being in the presence of a Holy God, until sins are repented of. Only then can we restore fellowship with Father God in heaven. We cannot drag our sins into a holy heaven, or it would not be heaven.

I didn't delete that, sister, its author must've deleted it.
@GodSpeed63 oh okay. Sorry.
You know I truly believe that God is allowing some to come back in these last days, so that many will believe and turn to him before he comes back. He's not willing that any should perish but have everlasting life in heaven with him.

Nope, it isn't deleted at all. That person just has me blocked.

@KingofBones1 In the Bible, death is not presented as a being, but rather as a state, a consequence of sin, or a force personified for symbolic effect. While death is not a literal person or entity, the Bible frequently uses personification to describe death as an enemy, a force that opposes God, and a power that separates individuals from God and from physical life.

The Bible often describes death as a state of being, the separation of the soul from the body (physical death) and, for unbelievers, as separation from God (spiritual death). Death is a consequence of sin. Whoever says they have never sinned, the Bible said is a liar. We have to be honest. We are all sinners and in the same boat...in need of a Savior, who wants to save us from the consequences that sin placed on us. Once we accept Jesus's Plan of Salvation and invite him into our hearts and lives as Savior, those sins are forgiven and forgotten and we are now prepared for Heaven.

Almighty God and creator of Earth and all things as described in the book of Genesis, cannot die. He is sinless and eternal. Several passages collectively support this idea. 1 Peter 2:22 states, "He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth." This affirms Jesus' sinlessness. Hebrews 7:3 declares that Jesus is without beginning or end of life, which points to his eternal nature. Additionally, Hebrews 1:8 refers to Jesus as God with an eternal throne, further supporting his eternal existence.
