God Is Into Restoring Relationships, Not Being Worshiped Through Religous Practices
God is into restoring the relationship between Him and us, and us with each other.
37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Can a woman forget her nursing child,
And not have compassion on the son of her womb?
Surely they may forget,
Yet I will not forget you.
See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands;
Your walls are continually before Me.
Isaiah 49:15-16
But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection Colossians 3:14
And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
1 John 4:16
We love Him because He first loved us. 1 John 4:19
And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.” 1 Peter 4:8
12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. John 15:12 &13
God didn't create us to hate one another, He created us to love one another and to love Him. So, I ask you, where is man made religion in all this? Can you tell me?
