Converting to paganism was the best decision I've ever made. My Gods have my back and don't wish harm on my community. I'm encouraged to be who I am and never hide it.

@SW-User Religious war starts with the concept that there can only be one God, and that is whom I know as God. Well, the other person also thinks that, and his God is not same a yours.
@SW-User Unfortunately such poor understanding is still active today in many minds, leading to disharmony and wars. Otherwise no one should be concerned about what other think about their version of God, and if many Gods can co exist. It's just every religion has their own definition of God. It is senseless to impose your definition of God on others.
@SW-User All existing gods were all created by the same supreme being so although they were given nations to rule over after the tower of babble and guide their people to the worship of the Almighty they took the worship for themselves and in doing so separated themselves from the almighty. All the gods are still below the one almighty father who sent his only son to die for us as a sacrifice so that we may not be tied to these lesser gods and have to provide sacrifice for their favor and appeasement.

This forum is for friendly discussion. It's important to respect everyone's unique beliefs about God. The intention is to amicably share beliefs and explain their personal meaning. We can all learn from each other. We might hear something we've never thought about nor heard before, and that would be valuable and helpful towards making informed decisions. In this way, perspective is being shared, not imposed. It's not about who's right and who's wrong. We can all show each other respect, as adults. It is interesting to learn about different perspectives on God and other subjects.
