In heaven why don't we ge to have wives and husbands? [Spirituality & Religion]

It's such a fundamentally crucial part of being human but we don't get that in heaven?

so many contradictions in the bible...it's a wonder anyone can make sense of it, let alone use it as any kind of guide.
