In the Bible it says: when you are not with our Savior you are dead [Spirituality & Religion]

What does this mean? You are a walking zombie and your heart stops beating? Nope. It means your spirit is dead. People without hope or love who lost their light are *dead* spiritually where they are no longer full of life (your spirit) not your heartbeat. How do you come back to *life* The only way is through the almighty. As soon as you ask him to help you he changes you. Your heart which has grown closed and hard becomes open and loving. It's possible no matter what you've been through. Look at me. I've overcome depression.
