And you. What is life for?

All right all right all right...

The universe isn't intelligent- so there is no why. We just are.
jraymayhem · 51-55, M
I don't know about that. I don't know if the universe is lacking intelligence. We have intelligence (well maybe you do) and we are a part of the universe.
@jraymayhem: It's all beautiful chaos.

@JonnyBoy: Order arising from chaos IS beautiful.

I think it could be that life is simply the expression of creativity within the universe, a kind of ongoing dance that crates innumerable patterns, creations and outcomes. It's the universe celebrating and expanding in constant fluid motion.

Everything happens by chance.
@jraymayhem: If everything started over (all the way back to the Big Bang), everything would be completely different. Humans might not even evolve.
jraymayhem · 51-55, M
@JonnyBoy: would the laws of physics be different?
@jraymayhem: I believe the laws of physics would be the same. Everything governed by those laws, however, would not.
I believe life is for learning.
jraymayhem · 51-55, M
There you go. I think that too. Learning what, though? The universe "created" i.e. "evolved" intelligence and consciousness into existence. I wonder what they are for?
@jraymayhem: There is intelligent design behind abiogenesis. We are the universe. We are the eyes with which the universe sees itself.
