A mixture of all three with things like deadlines and responsibilities thrown into the mix.

Yep. I personally have had 48 hours of happiness in the last couple of decades though.

This might sound like I'm downplaying anything or anyone but these kind of thing, it's all up to perspective. Everyone has different definition of "adventure" and "misadventure".

I'm not really down about any of this. Life is just life. I don't really believe it has much value but sometimes its great.

@Alison: True. Life is indeed life. But with the world today or maybe just the people you are surrounded with, it makes one question if there's more to life than just the very life one is living in. Ya know?

Yep. I've seen the other side and sometimes you ask, "What is real?" In the end though it really doesn't matter.

@Alison: "What is real?" Good question but it's really up to debate. These kinds of things, it's really subjective for both the meaning and whether or not it really matters.
