Meditation literally changed my life. I even got a tantric buddhist as my spiritual mentor now, and he helps me a lot. I do mindfullness, like the classical buddhist style where you pay attention to your breath, or eventually just notice whatever sensation spontaneously arises. I am a pretty hate filled person, so I got into metta (lovingkindness) meditation, where I wish well on myself, then my loved ones, then nuetral people, then enemies, and then fall into a state of goodwill towards all.
