God said let there be light in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night........ That would be the Sun and the Moon. Genesis 1:14

Gen 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Gen 1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
Gen 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

THE FIRST DAY

Gen 1:16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to ( THE SUN ) rule the day, and the lesser light ( THE MOON ) to rule the night: he made the stars also.
Gen 1:17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,

HE SET THEM IN THE FIRMAMENT, NOT WAY OUT IN OUTER " SPACE "

Gen 1:19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

HE DIDN'T CREATE THE SUN AND THE MOON UNTIL THE FOURTH DAY

HE CALLED DAY AND NIGHT THE FIRST DAY AND THEN MADE THE SUN AND THE MOON THE FOURTH DAY


The firmament is what we call this galaxy or this universe

HE SET THE STARS, THE SUN, AND THE MOON INSIDE THE FIRMAMENT,
NOT OUTSIDE

- which scripture refers to as a heaven (and there is more than one heaven quite a few times in scripture the words heavens is used - even Paul went to the third heaven).

Gen 1:6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
Gen 1:7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

AND WHAT ABOUT THE WATERS? THINK ABOUT THAT ONE FOR A WHILE

Rev 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

AND THAT MEANS ALL THE STARS

IF THERE ARE BILLIONS OF GALAXIES AND EVEN MORE STARS WHICH ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HUGE MASSES ( MUCH LARGER THAN THE EARTH ) " LIKE SO CALLED MODERN SCIENCE AND NASA ARE TELLING US ", THEN HOW CAN THEY ALL FALL TO EARTH AND FIT ON OUR VERY SMALL WORLD?

THEY ARE TRYING TO DECEIVE US JUST LIKE JESUS WARNED US ABOUT

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which DECEIVETH the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

@ArcAngel I know the traditional way of teaching but that's not what the Bible says **the Bible says God created the two great lights ON THE 4TH DAY** ----- the light he created on the first day was not the Sun and the Moon.

On the 4th day he created the Sun and the Moon to be a time teller for DAYS, YEARS, SEASONS for mankind as I indicated in my initial reply........ ***I noticed how you left out VERSE 19 ____ AND VERSE 19 makes your first paragraph in your last post before this reply - false.***

And yes Satan is deceiving the church and has been deceiving the church for centuries the church has been teaching wrongly for centuries....... And I am aware that you are trying to say he's deceiving those who say that the Earth is of old, no deception here.

Ok, I'm glad you realize that.

I did NOT leave out verse 19; go back and reread my post and I don't see how
my first paragraph was false.
