That's vishnu - the sustainer and lakshmi his consort and goddess of wealth. He has four hands. He holds a conch shell in one hand and a sudarshana disc - (it spins and has sharp teeth and is used as a weapon to destroy evil) in another. In the third he holds the mace - another weapon and with the fourth he holds his consort
