Some spiritual question

One day I heard something fell near my ear, sort of thumping sound which felt like within me.
Few hours later I heard that my mother passed away.
My mother was the biggest villain in my life she did such a good job Oscar worthy playing her character role….

I still don’t know what was that supposed to mean hearing something fell off.
