Can i say this and don't get your noise up ?

This site and not just the site but all over the place ( the subjects in conversations with people are mainly about - inner conflict and outer conflict and holding onto conflict )
Do ye find that draining ?
Why don't ye let go of it all .
Ye be much happier , instead of holding onto things .
I'm not religious but thats what " Jesus i trust you " means
