[c=004A59][b]The type of frequency I'm referring to is based on a spiritual concept. The vibrational frequency is considered a spiritual phenomenon which is that our body is made of molecules, which are vibrating constantly and creating this spectrum of electromagnetic energy waves.

Not necessarily mean just trusting the vibrational frequency alone as I believe that reciprocation plays a part in raising the higher vibrational state of our Mind, Body, and Spirit whether that be: Connecting with Mother Earth, Partaking in Salt Water Baths that can help cleanse and relax your Body, Tapping into the Sun's Energy which activates your Pineal gland and aids the production of Serotonin aka the Happy Chemical. Allowing yourself to be open-minded to different techniques of the Frequencies of Energy is what I mean as far as trust goes.[/b][/c]

[c=004A59][b]Spiritual alignment involves recognizing your source, beyond your mind, through meditation. One of my favorite authors "Deepak Chopra" mentions a little bit of this experience in his books that I enjoyed reading. In my own personal spiritual journey, I fully grasped what he meant, and in my own experience, I can attest to his message. There were times when I can let go and experience this state of consciousness during meditation, and other times I can't stop thinking. When I feel this sense of Spiritual Alignment, I'm thoroughly convinced that I will have a better day!

The Alignment is about both being and doing as another one of my favorite authors said best. "Eckhart Tolle" ~ [quote]When the basis for your actions is inner alignment with the present moment, your actions become empowered by the intelligence of life itself.[/quote] When I first started out in my spiritual journey, I was very much a beginner, and throughout my years of experience and learning that the steps we take from this state of Spiritual Alignment ripple out, they positively impact others way beyond what we can imagine. We have the opportunity to bring this light into the world through our actions.

When we are Spiritually Aligned, we are in a state of acceptance with a Divine perfect will. We are able to recognize that our Higher Power's plan for us is more extraordinary than we can imagine. We can choose to align with it, full of trust and faith. However, everyone's experience will be different, indeed. For me, I experience it as a feeling of full-bodied alignment. It's not just in my head. My heart is open, and I'm letting go and surrendering to the moment as it is. The choice to trust is up to the individual. I'm no expert by any means but I do share that staying in this Spiritual Alignment all the time might not be a realistic goal. However, we have so many tools at our fingertips to help us ease back into a happier, more joyful state even though Life constantly pulls and tugs at us.[/b][/c]
