Ghostly figures?

So from age of 5 I started see some shadow people I told my mom and she didn't belive. Growing older the shadow people appear more often, at nights they are more active even. One time I got out of bed to get water it was almost 9pm and my mom was just away and I was alone. I went to kitchen and I heard a voice calling me, I tried ignore it suddenly corner of my eye I see full sized shadow with red glowing eyes, it was taller than me. I only saw it for 5 seconds almost as it dissappeared when I turned head. Adter that seeing I started getting scratches and feeling that someone is touching you.

Any thoughts who is it? Or WHAT is it?
