It's amazing when your a child your not afraid cause there's nothing to be afraid

And when your an adult your afraid . No anxiety when your a child .
Anxiety when your an adult .
Will someone guide me onto the answer why is that please ?
I be trying to go back to my inner child but there's no way my spirit is leaving me to go back there .
It's too painful and then or my wondering is all of this pain self inflicted as an adult .
