@JoeyFoxx There is a distinct difference between the religion of the majority of the population and a theocracy. The OP is basically advocating for an evangelical version of Saudi Arabia. She has waxed poetic about the glory days of Scandinavia about 1000 years ago when people were executed for not converting and claims this period is responsible for all the good in those countries today. This is not someone who understands nuance.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Denmark and Norway have explicit Christian government still. And the Bible was read in all public schools to just a few years ago. And the kings were born again christians from 1100-1997 The king made a speech this december to love everyone, like Jesus loved us and died for us. All the Scandinavian countries have had bible verses every year as their motto for the countries. There is about 80% State church membership even though
not everyone goes to church. But the "Bible boat" goes around scandinavia singing praises to God every summer and there are plenty of people and churches there that are telling people that Jesus is coming back this generation. Also a Muslim 20 year old came to Sweden 10 years ago and she found Jesus because of such loving christians there and now she is starting a Muslim christian church and many Muslims are coming to Jesus, praise God!
