Did you read the book or skim the video?
Do you really understand Darwin well enough to comment?
@SW-User I wasn't aware folks had to document credibility to post here.

Neither. I know him well enough to comment that he was wrong in writing his book before he received the proper information in all areas of science.

Well, you're aware of it now.

Only if you want to be taken seriously in research

The writer, is an employee of Christian organization. @Mamapolo2016
@GodSpeed63 I withdraw from this thread before it gets more muddled.

@GodSpeed63 It masquerades as science.. along the way it Omits important ideas... the people he references in the text are all of the same mindset.

If you are doing real science you don’t start out with the end already written...

Sucks to suck

It's a good idea if they want to be taken seriously. Especially in respect of very unlikely claims.

@GodSpeed63
you're aware of it now
Oh gosh, I didn’t realise that.

Perhaps you could guide me through the salient points made in this video?

Just the major claims and arguments, and I can sort of pick it up from from there and maybe develop some understanding of the insights and revelations presented

Once I’ve built credibility in that way, perhaps we can then discuss the main points that supplied.

That’ll be fun, won’t it!

Forgive me if I've misunderstood your comment.

I would pay to see him bumble through it..@newjaninev2
@GodSpeed63 No problem. You were not offensive. You weren't alone in misunderstanding a comment. I figured I must've been being opaque and dropped out. Rest easy.

So you condemn a book that you've never read, probably based on what others have claimed and quote mined. I take it that by proper information, you mean creationist pseudoscience.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@Bushranger
So you condemn a book that you've never read
Due to my knowledge of the content in the book, yes. I have read some of it in college.

@GodSpeed63 So it's reasonable to dismiss the bible as total crap after having read some of it. Thanks for that, it will save people wasting a lot of time reading all of it.
Bushranger · 70-79, M
@GodSpeed63 Did you read all of the book mentioned in the video? Or did you even watch all of the video.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@Bushranger
Or did you even watch all of the video.
Did you watch all of the video or just part of it?
Bushranger · 70-79, M
@GodSpeed63 I'll be honest, I didn't watch any of it. You will notice, however, that I have made no criticism of the video or the book it promotes.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@Bushranger
I'll be honest, I didn't watch any of it.
I'm sorry you didn't, Bushranger, you might've learned something.
Bushranger · 70-79, M
@GodSpeed63 What? How to quote mine, misinterpret science or misrepresent the theory of evolution?
