So i walk into desmonds on break ..place is packed with TV people as usual....desmond is sitting at the bar - open seat between him & another guy ...i stop to chat with des , order a drink from tony the bartender...and this other dude taps me on the shoulder and says " do you know who i am "
And i turn and say " should i give a fuck ? " ....
At which point desmond introduces us ....he says "now you know who i a ...
And i said " NOW should i give a fuck ? "
and walked over to drink with my co-workers...
And that's all don & i ever said to one another....
This was 1989 by the way..
One or both of them DID pay my tab that afternoon tho...
And i turn and say " should i give a fuck ? " ....
At which point desmond introduces us ....he says "now you know who i a ...
And i said " NOW should i give a fuck ? "
and walked over to drink with my co-workers...
And that's all don & i ever said to one another....
