How do you "pay it forward" or show compassion and love to others??? [Spirituality & Religion]

@TexChikExactly; especially if we know them well and they may have an issue in "being helped", many do. I had an opportunity to be part of a "paying it forward". At my local Aldi, getting groceries, the woman in front of me didn't have cash and left her card in the car, the young black woman behind me, stepped forward with her card and said "here, take this"...and the other woman thanked her and left. I saw that she was holding one item and so I told the cashier; please add hers to mine. It was cute. Both were the exact same amounts and I was "paying it forward" from another time. FULL CIRCLE.
