Mid air is a reference to breaching the gap that Isaiah talks about. Being the restorer of the breach. Luke says those who attain the resurrection are as Angel's and can die no more.
So its talking about a person who has seen christ face to face, and has been sent to preach the gospel.. mid air is an allegory. And as Angel's is an allegory but still true.
Many examples of men who restored the breach..
Rev 12 the angel stands with one foot on the sea and one on the land.
Samson is chained between two pillars.. both heaven and earth are immovable pillars.
Jesus walked on the sea and noah floated on it.. that's a point between land and sky.
Absalom was left hanging in a tree when his mule went out from under him. Hanging in a tree is mid air..
There's many other examples of this

@Carazaa seeds are cast, ground is hard or ground is tilled, they are received or they or not; you stand before god yourself, what is that to me, he is your judge.
I spoke because I know what I say us true, no plant casts seeds it has not generated through it's own growth, plants cast seed they are convinced of.
God is infinite, unless something contradicts God, it should not be rejected, my words add to his depth but take nothing from him.
Do as you have said, be unsure, until you research it yourself or god gives you more revelation about it.. many seeds are planted, but in the end only the wheat will remain

or what we think we have learned from others about God
or heaven forbid, how we FEEL about what is said about God.
This is the seed when planted grows a tree with leaves from all the nations of the world and shows us the beautiful diversity of the colorful flowers; each race and culture in God's garden but it all started with a SEED.

@MsAlaineEYes indeed... all life is just another colored petal on the lotus of life; it's just a shame that wicked people intend to warp others thinking for their own purposes, but it's assured eventually seeds of tyrants will dissolve in their own end, and once again, only the purity will remain of women and men. If there is a god, he will do it, if there is no God, man will annihilate himself.
