Such are the actions of a loving merciful god.

@BoredDarkLord Ofcourse he is just, and so loving that he took the world sins on his own shoulders 2000 years ago. This is just an example for us what happens when we don't accept Gods forgiveness. "How can you escape if you neglect such a great salvation." Jesus says
@Carazaa Nonsense. These are the actions or jealousy and spite.

@BoredDarkLord Only for those who accuse God to justify themselves!

@BoredDarkLord surely these are the actions of a loving and just God, do you not know?
God was asked to spare Sodom if three decent men were found amongst the entire city, there was one found, Lot, and the angels sent came to eat with him when he insisted on making a feast for them
The men of sodom, to the last man, came and encompassed his home and demanded that they bring out the two men, for the angels had appeared as men, that they might rape them, and Lot even offered his two virgin daughters to them in order to save them from destruction in their attack on angels, but they would not relent, and insisted to rape the two angels, and were so destroyed with fire so hot it turned the sand to glass
God is truly merciful and offered them every chance, and he is truly just, and those who sought to rape angels and would not even consider Lot’s virgin daughters were burned utterly, for they were desperately wicked
Yes, God is just and merciful. No, your opinion doesn’t change that fact. Yes, Sodom earned its destruction many times over.
