The Delusion of Atheism [Spirituality & Religion]

The main delusion of atheism is that its followers believe that it exists.

They are deluded into believing that no gods exist, yet they have their own gods that they worship and put their faith in.

They can't understand that there is only one true God, Yahweh, who has revealed Himself to mankind through His Spirit and through His Word, yet they try their darnedest to discredit Him and His Word instead of taking time to understand Him and His Word.

They keep claiming they have evidence for their type of science that evolution happened instead of God, Yahweh, creating the heavens and the earth but fail to produce evidence so far. They, however, have shown evidence that intelligent design happened instead but still claim it's evolution.

They mock, ridicule, and insult hoping that these actions will set them above those who believe, on the contrary, the opposite happens and their mocking, ridiculing, and insults fall back on them. Plus, these actions prove that they have no such evidence to support their claims in that evolution happened or that God, Yahweh, doesn't live.

I agree with you on all you say except that I believe in God and I believe in evolution

@Phantome Either God created the Universe and Life or He did not..

You cannot say you believe in a Creator God

And in the next breath say you believe life spontaneously came into existence from sterile matter under the effects of universe forces..

Either God created life or He didn't..
@Adstar I believe that God created the Universe from the big Bang. I don't believe in the Adam and Eve story literally. I believe that story to be a representation of how the Universe was created. And by saying this I believe that God is the Universe , a Cosmic Conscience who is aware of all the interactions of Life, physics, science including the evolution of man. Can't be clearer than that.

I used to believe that, myself, until I became born again.
@GodSpeed63 That works for you, but I also believe in everything that Christian do. Closer to Catholics. I believe in the new testament, The gospels, The Acts of the apostles, The book of revelation. Nothing in there contradicts my belief in science or what I explained earlier

If You believe in evolution you do not believe God created life.. Evolution expressly states that life spontaneously came into existence because of natural forces acting on sterile matter.. Simple as that. You cannot believe in a creator God who created life and the theory of evolution at the same time..

Oh and your view of God is more in tune with the new age concept of God being a force. So it is understandable i guess that you can hold the two opposing views simultaneously. Because you do not believe in the actual creator God.

But the God of all existence is a personality. Not a force.
@Adstar I can't understand where you get your info from. God created Evolution as God is nature. For me God created the Universe. It began with the big bang. WHy can't God create Evolution? God uses physics and Science to create and develop man and the universe and everything in it. You can believe what you want. Why are you so interested in what I believe? I have no correlation with new age. When you say I don't believe in a creator God? Haven't I already stated that I believe God Created the Universe? Why do you contradict yourself ? Why do you put labels on everything? I can believe in a Creator and Evolution at the same time. I believe God uses Evolution to continue his creation the way evolution does. Do I believe that DNA and evolutionary traits change species the was it does ..yes. Did God plan it that way..Yes. What is this you say of God being a Force ? That doesn't make sense. God is an entity and a living conscience that creates using Evolution. I don't know how to make myself clearer. What part don't you understand ?
Why are you so interested in what I believe?
Because what one believes and endorses determines their eternal destiny.. If one believes a lie and more then that a lie about God then they are in deep trouble.. If people are going to deal in things God and preach about God they better be correct..

I don't want to see any fellow human being cast into the eternal lake of fire... That's why i am concerned with what people believe about God and His will..
@Adstar very kind of you. Personally I don't believe in the 'Eternal Fire' so to speak. I believe that heaven and hell are a state of existence made up of positive and negative energy(for want of a better word) where we exist forever after death. The negative energy is probably not the existence that is commonly wanted and is therefore hell. But I do believe that this energy manifests itself as if we are still human form. Just my personal belief.
Adstar · 56-60, M
@Phantome Yes i know about your belief in Energy / forces psitive and negative.. As i said before all new age stuff.. Your beliefs don't come from you.. They have been known about for a very long time::

Daniel 11: KJV
36 "And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. {37} Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. {38} But in his estate shall he honour the god of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things."
@Adstar Not sure this refers to me. It refers to some king

I was a Catholic once and scared me to death. I didn't know God on personal basis then before I became Born Again like Jesus said. Your Catholic Bible ought to have the Gospel of John. Read the third chapter where Jesus is talking with Nicodemus.

@GodSpeed63 🤗 I was catholic once too.. I thank God He lead me out of that false religion 🥳 I am Glad to saved by the Atonement of Jesus.. 👍
