It’s the antithesis of science in that the claimant is trying to fool not only other people, but also herself.

In that regard, not only does evidence not count... it’s actively avoided, because pretence cannot exist in company with reality.

@Pfuzylogic I venture to say I have learned more on comparative religion than you. Not to rub it in, but a look into Buddhism might teach you a little respect and tolerance for others, although there is a little here and there in the New Testament.😷

@Pfuzylogic As I do not need religion I do not need a Phd in it. I rely on the more worldy fields. If your faith gives you comfort I am genuinely happy for you. And I dont feel the need to get into your face to convert you or insult you. I would like it noted that I can manage this without spiritual guidance of any kind. Feel free to pray for the same level of courtesy in yourself.😷
