Shadow work is the process of exploring your inner darkness or "shadow self."
Shadow work uncovers every part of you that has been disowned, repressed, and rejected. It is one of the most authentic path to Enlightenment.

Who knows me better than anyone? My shadow knows all!

I realized my shadow held many secrets, it knew what .. triggered me due to past troubles and poor decisions. I needed to heal myself so I begun studying myself, my reactions to people and situations.
I begun seeing things in me, ..I did not want to see but I faced them head on.
It was like opening a closed door within me. Dark images appeared, I did not want to go there.
But I had to know what was hidden in me. Things that caused me to shut down, mistrust life and people. The more I observed myself, the more I saw my faults, and fears. Some for good reasons but I still wanted to be free of them so I could continue to grow spiritual.
If I was going to love myself and others more deeply, I had to make peace with my ... perspectives and attitudes.. myself..the good and bad.

The dark side we hide ... should never be denied. It holds answers we have to what hog-ties us!
