I personally do not think celibacy is either spiritual or healthy. But that's just me. (and for reasons I won't go into)

@Grateful4you Totally agree. I'd say the only time it's healthy is when the sex/intimacy someone is giving up has been unhealthy.

No. Society has made sex dirty. It's perfectly natural for people to express their love for one another. It's sacred, sex, when people love each other.

I did not watch the video but I see value in celibacy. Everything has a time and place and there is no one size fits all approach. Overall I find casual sex to be destructive in the long term.
