How Should Christians Deal with Doubt? [Spirituality & Religion]

@kodiac Satan is good at causing people to doubt. Even believers. he's had thousands of years of practice so he's really good at it. 😊 It's only when a person thinks that they're so smart and so clever that the devil could not ever fool them, is when they fall. Satan knows our weakest points and exactly what buttons to push, so he always is trying to cause problems that will draw us away from Christ, instead of TO Him, and from doing service for him by distracting people with other things. Anything, to take their minds off God.

Well a lot of people get this mixed up but God's Word tells us exactly what happened. While God CREATED all the angels, He did NOT create evil. Satan was one of the angels. God never created evil in Satan. His name was Lucifer, before he fell and caused a war in heaven. The Bible says evil was FOUND in Lucifer's heart. Here's what that means. The Bible tells us that when God created all the angels, they were also created with free will, meaning they had free choices. Lucifer was the most beautiful angels in heaven. But he got the big head and all jealous of God and tried to take over His whole Kingdom and that's when he created a war in heaven. Satan talked other Angels into rebelling with him so he promised them he would give them the world, anything they wanted, if they would help him defeat God and take over God's throne and kingdom, but that didn't happen. God is so much stronger than Lucifer or anyone ever will be. So God won the battle, and to keep heaven pure and holy, he kicked the devil and all the angels that followed Lucifer, out of heaven. They came to Earth and they are evil beings and therefore they cause evil in this world. That is why Satan is mad at God and he wants to get back at him and he knows the way to hurt God the most, is to take SOULS away from him, and he does that by keeping some from accepting Jesus as Savior so that they will miss heaven. He is referred to as the GREAT LIAR and DECEIVER. He will do anything to influence a person not to follow Christ. He tells lies about Jesus, which people believe, and are deceived, because of the lies he tells about God. He always makes out like he's the good guy and God is the bad one. All people have to do is repent of their sins and they will be reunited with Christ. Sin is the ONLY thing that keeps us separated from heaven and we cannot go to heaven with sin in our heart, or it would not be heaven, so that's why we repent, and then we are fit for heaven. Not one soul has to miss heaven. Not one. If any do, it will be only because they chose to continue in sin, which keeps them separated from God. But when Jesus forgives us of our sins, he washes them all away and so when God the Father looks at us, all he sees is Jesus, and the work that HE did to wash away our sins on the cross. And it is God and His GRACE that KEEPS us saved. ... nothing that we do ourselves. Jesus did all the work on the cross, FOR us. HE keeps us, before God, in right standing. "And Jesus said, "No man shall pluck them out of my hand."

@kodiac Satan is just a scapegoat in christian mythology. He's needed to explain all the problems in the world.

Alternatively, present at least some small shred of evidence that your specific god, the one your call "yahweh", actually exists outside your imagination.
