Sin does greave the Holy Spirit as as the Bible says the Father Son and Holy Spirit are One..
But God is God nad he is well able to handle our faults and still have a love for us which is far and away superior to any level of love humans can afford each other..
Yes and sin often / usually ends up harming the sinner in their lives.. Some more some less..
