@MrsJones That is one form of love. Any others? The Greek in which the New Testament was written has 4 different kinds of love. Can you name them?

Philo love (brotherly love)
Parental love (self explanatory)
Eros love (sexual love)

@MrsJones So I have a very dear male friend. I could almost say that I agape love him. I certainly can say that I philo love him. I would be dishonest to say I parentally love him. I have never and have no interest in sexually loving him. I have a beautiful wife. I agape love her. I philo love her. I Eros love her. I have children. I agape love them. I parentally love them. As they are now all adults I brotherly love them but never eros love them.
