A while ago when I used to be into that kinda stuff I meditated for several hours a day with the intention of astral projecting. I gave up eventually and went to bed and as I was close to sleeping i travelled a few feet towards the ceiling. I got so excited that I fell back into my body though haha. I used to do DMT and stuff like that a long time ago, feels like another lifetime ago now though.
