Drugs mostly😃.

A while ago when I used to be into that kinda stuff I meditated for several hours a day with the intention of astral projecting. I gave up eventually and went to bed and as I was close to sleeping i travelled a few feet towards the ceiling. I got so excited that I fell back into my body though haha. I used to do DMT and stuff like that a long time ago, feels like another lifetime ago now though.

It's being connected to the whole of universe and feeling their endless love and beauty, while seeing how everything connects.

it's being aware of the greatness and magnificence that surrounds us that sometimes fill the heart and mind to bursting capacity

Some of them welcome...and some not so welcome...and you never know when it will happen..

I sit with a Shaman and we do a DMT. Takes me deep within myself.

Also could be some cultural bias there since how I was raised lol (Native American) I'd often like to considered myself agnostic little leaning towards atheist.

I notice my thought pattern compares to a bird making noise outside. That animals speak to souls. Mom also talks about sensing dangers that become reality like clairvoyance. The symbolism for everything within dreams.

I have experienced the pulsation in between eyebrow.

Meditation takes me to a spiritual place.
