you do realize that the concept of time is bound to the universe so the whole idea of before and after dont exist outside a universe aswell
now you may say a divint entitiy like odin exists outside the universe.. well maybe.. but in that case nothing that entity does could ever in any way ever affect this uiverse or it would be part of it and you would have the logical problem like could make god a burrito so hot he couldnt eat it
@RedFlower The Scriptures make a distinction between the “temporal” and the “eternal.” Paul says that the things that are seen are “temporal” but the things not seen are “eternal” (2 Cor. 4:18). “Time” does not relate to God and man in the same way. There's no such thing as "time", after we die. Eternity is just that... endless. When we die, our Spirit lives on for an indefinite period (eternity), though our body goes to the grave, to await resurrection at the Second Coming of Christ.
One thing you may rest assured of and can count on....scripture always comes true. Careful bible study and history have more than shown that, and no amount of your doubting that, shall change God's plans, so think what you may. You greatly underestimate the Word of God and its power... just as they did in the days of Noah. Here are just a few prophecies from the bible that have been fulfilled, which history and archaeology have confirmed:
@LadyGrace you can treat harry potter as a scripture if you want to and read prophecies into it.. any text big enough you always find examples if you look for it
@RedFlower Then you have history and archeology to confirm Harry Potter is real? If that is true, please share. Even if that were true, no amount of fantasy/fictional characters, cartoons, or even idols of this world, offer a way to have eternal life in heaven, and your mythical examples are really worn and outdated. Please share with us, how they offer salvation. That's what counts. It's like a hamster running in a toy wheel. Man will never get anywhere, in his attempt to disprove God. He's just not smart enough. And try as you may, to change God's message or ignore it, none can change God's message...His message changes us. It has transformed millions of lives, no matter who doubts it.
The myths of the ancient world were never based on solid historical fact. They were stories invented to explain such recurring phenomena like the changing of the seasons or the motion of the stars. The events recorded in the Scripture, on the other hand, are firmly rooted in history and archeology. By way of illustration, it is an accepted historical fact that Israel became a nation after the exodus from Egypt. Later, Israel became a monarchy, David and Solomon really lived, and on and on and on. It is also a historical fact that Jesus was a Jew who preached about God the Father, who claimed to be God, worked miracles, and was crucified during Pilate’s reign. All of this is, in fact, literal history.
What's more, I've yet to see doubters make one informed, intelligent rebuttal, to any explanation they constantly insist followers of God, give. You make all the accusations without foundation, yet never answer our questions. How 'bout backing up your accusations for once. This has been a one way conversation, with you demanding all the answers, yet you cannot intellectually disclaim mine. Anyway, I'm closing this door. Say what you may...I won't give anymore time to this, but that's the whole idea of your not wanting to allow scripture. You want to quickly dissolve the conversation before it even gets started, since you have no concrete rebuttal. There's so much evidence of God, it literally splits life's seams, but of course, for the unbeliever, no evidence/proof will never be good enough. Yet you can't disprove God.
