13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. John 16:13

17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth. John 17:17-19

The lies of men will never stand up to the Truth of God.

This would all be so correct, if the Bible was a valid source of information.
Alas... so far, it hasn't been proven to be. So taking this as being "the truth" is the same thing as believing other myths and faerie tales without anny evidence, not so smart.

@Carazaa It's no lie, you can see the evidence for yourself in various threads on this site. Christians repeatedly demand that Atheists prove the christian god isn't real or accept that it is. They expect members of other religions to prove their god(s) is/are real though. Double standards abound!
