Do you know any that will heal someone with anxiety

Amethyst has amazing calming properties. Depending if youre powered by the sun or moon, bathe the crystal in its light. But honestly either would do. Since the sun and moon has alot of energy. Say a prayer/incatation for protection. I also use sage to get rid of negative energies, and also keep a salt lamp by my bed side. Both good at keeping away anxiety and bad juju. Drink tea too! As for a spell, find a ring and during a full moon hold the ring up to the moon close enough to have the moon inside the ring hole and with all your intent ask for resolve and healthy emotion health and wear the ring on your ring finger.
