These are birth pangs signs that Jesus talked about that will increase in strength and frequency in the last days until he comes back and brings us to heaven where there are no tears!
Try to count your blessings, read the Bible, enjoy walks and nature, eat nutritiously, have a cup of tea, help a neighbor, hug your pets, and try to make your environment cozy! 💖💞

@Carazaa I do all those things but i can't ignore the misery all around me i can't just ignore anothers pain and go smiling on my way .There is never a clear answer as to why there is so much suffering ,birth pains ??? So when will it be enough suffering for him to come?Seems a high price to pay ,if he comes will he stop the suffering ?Does he have the power to end suffering?If so then it's sadistic to not just do it or to not have done it 100 years ago.

We should not think we know more than God! He loves us and is giving us these signs and warnings of his coming and well live forever thousands and thousands of years and then some in a perfect world heaven! But no one sinful will enter so make sure you sneak in before the door shuts! You are very caring about others!
