I Am Spiritual But Not Religious

Many years back science came to know of the fact that energy and matter are convertible into each other. You can convert the matter into energy and thermodynamics law states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. So in a way anything in existence you cannot create or destroy. .
But consciousness has always eluded science. It can not be subjected to the probes of material instruments for analysis. Like eyes cant see themselves, you cant observe something which is the basis of everything. It cannot see it self it can only be itself. .
Maybe one day science will know that everything has come out of consciousness, material and energy have consciousness as their base. And it cant be created or destroyed either. Maybe then science blinded people will have understanding of karma, life, life beyond physical body etc. .
Experientially as well, When there is no consciousness for all we care, in our experience, material or energy wudnt exist. .
It changes forms, unconscious, semi conscious, super consciousness are forms of it. All of us have experienced them personally except super consciousness. Maybe matter does have consciousness but its in the form of "unconsciousness", maybe energy have consciousness too! Matter and energy also "behave" ! Have peculiar character to it. .
Whats wonderful is consciousness reflecting about its own nature through human mind. Maybe there is a tool to probe consciousness, maybe not. . Its intriguing, whether energy or matter is a creation, transformation or illusion.

Consciousness is the supercomputer of the cosmos!

I'm religious but not spiritual. I think that consciousness is an energy pattern requiring a brain.

@Nika2002 well thats an age old question isnt it, brain have consciousness or consciousness have brain.... body is in spirit or spirit is in body.
there have been instances of people describing the incidents they went thru while their brain wasnt supposed to be functioning.
Im not talking based on scientific facts though, i have repeatedly experienced it myself.

@Nika2002 tbh i dont like the idea of "non-existing" at some point of time.

@om2020 I like your honesty. Yet why would the supernatural be the only agency that could possibly provide eternal life of some description? Maybe the natural has this ability, and we have difficulty in seeing it. Or maybe we have a predisposed want for an intelligence to be in charge.

@Nika2002 I dont think of it this way that some higher being/intelligence is incharge. We are consciousness, we feel "in charge" when we are awake, and if you probe it a bit, you will find that source of your control and ceter of our existence is felt in the head, brain is always there, but when consciousness isnt there, we dont experience a thing. I have experienced we "the consciousness" can exist separately from the body and we are always "it". No matter whats surrounding our experience.
So consciousness itself is super intelligent, as we are that, its not something or someone above us who is controlling us. And its not something surreal, paranormal, its us. If we chose to withdraw our attention from outside, sit and focus inside, world may cease to exist, we can and do create our own reality. We have just forgotten how to undo it.

@om2020 This sounds like an Eastern philosophy
