I Am Spiritual, Not Religious

[image deleted]The Impact of Fear: (1) Physical Health: It weakens the immune
system and can cause cardiovascular damage, gastrointestinal
problems such as ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome, and
decreased fertility. It can lead to accelerated aging and even
premature death.

(2) Memory: It can impair the formation of long term memories
and cause damage to certain parts of the brain.

(3) It can interrupt processes in the brain that regulate your
emotions, allow you to reflect before acting, and act ethically.

(4) Mental Health: It can cause fatigue, clinical depression, and PTSD.

When the going gets rough, try replacing fear with faith.猸愶笍 Instead
of dwelling on the worst-case scenarios, envision positive outcomes.
I know these are scary times, but we can get through this together. It's
always darkest before the dawn...but we'll pull through. Let's not give
up on each other.馃挄馃挋馃

@Peaches I do. Actually, it describes me to a T.
And I find comfort in your "but we'll pull through. Let's not give up on each other."

Thanks, Peaches. 鉂わ笍

Fear impacts fertility? I'm pretty sure powerful people wish to lower birth rates, makes sense that lower fertility has happened amid the media and governments constantly scaring people with threats of "racism", terrorism, "conspiracy theories", "far right", covid, global warming and so on.

Turn off the tv, stop listening to mainstream media articles, dont collectivize yourselves. Work on improving yourself, sort out your house and don't make excuses.

@pianoplayingsteve Yes, I was saying that at the end here. 馃槉 We could all use a little improvement, I work on myself all the time. My house is very clean and I never collectivize myself and hope you don't make excuses as well.
