Why is the KJV bible completely different in at least one aspect from the version that was in use immediately before the change?

@Carazaa No, the version of the bible before the KJV. It is fundamentally different than the KJV in at least one specific arena of human life that is still practiced today.
That means that before the KJV, there was a certain thing that couldn't be done. After the KJV, it could be done.
How are those two versions exactly the same, then?

@Carazaa Yo, I'm going to make this really simple for you.
King James wanted to get a divorce. It was forbidden by the church because of the rules in the bible. He had his own version made where that inconvenience was changed.
Now do you understand? I'm going to guess "no", because you haven't been able to understand to this point.

God does not ever think
Divorce is ok! God forgives that sin too however! God showed us in all the Bible versions that He divorced His people Israel when they left him and went after other gods and therefore were scattered into every nation and persecuted and killed by hateful people, (that prophesy came true)but Jesus has told us that in the last generation they will get their land back ( that prophesy came true in 1948) so we know Jesus is coming back any day to judge the living and the dead!

@Carazaa But that doesn't change the fact that King James altered the bible to suit his whims. That is a thing that actually happened. It is why it's called the "King James Version". There is nothing you can do that would change that. 🤷♀️
No matter how many times you skip by this, it is still a fact. The KJV is fundamentally different than all versions prior to it. You're just going to have to deal with it.

@Carazaa But, you told me that all versions of the bible are exactly equal. I have now proved that untrue. Will you acknowledge that you have been spreading lies about the bible with respect to its exact equality among ALL versions?
Doubtful. You also told me once that you have a degree in "science". As a scientist, what would you call someone who refuses to acknowledge a fact?

@Carazaa No, the important thing is that you acknowledge that you told me that every version of the bible is exactly identical, because, as you also said, your deity personally wrote every word ion every version and that is in fact, not true.
So, since you can't be trusted to tell the truth about your book, how can you expect anyone to listen to you?

@Carazaa I already told you what the difference was between the KJV and every version before it.
Pre-KJV, no divorce for King James
Post-KJV, divorces for King James
Just because you are ignoring it, doesn't mean that it's not true. Choosing a completely different thing than what I provided is not proof that you're correct. It just makes you appear weak and foolish for not being able to acknowledge that the KJV is different than the bible that was being used before King James had his very own special version made. I mean, this isn't hard to understand.
It will get harder and harder to convince people that all bibles are exactly the same, though. That's a shame.

@Carazaa Yes, you keep trying to restate the argument, but I am not going to let you.
You told me that every version of the bible is identical in every way. You said this because you also believe that the bible was literally written by your deity and nobody else.
I have proved you wrong with the KJV divorce example, so now you are pointing to other things to say "well, these are the same so I am right!". Guess what? You're not right. It is a lie to state that all versions are exactly the same because they are not. But, as we've discovered with you and your ilk, lying is fine as long as it's for Jesus.
I'm sorry if you don't like it.

@Carazaa Ummm......pauline history is...well I don't think we're read for that conversation.
daisymay · 51-55, T
@Carazaa That isn't what you said in the other thread. You said that every version of the bible says the exact same thing in its entirety.
You said it had to be that way because every version was written by your deity.
Again, you've been proved wrong so you keep shouting about how you've moved the goalposts without acknowledging that you lied about the exactness of equality among the versions.
